Most days I pluck at least one stem of wild garlic and eat it raw. Even if a little dirt goes along for the ride.
It's called exercising the immune system.
be careful though- i developed an allergy to garlic by overdoing it- used to eat cloves of garlic when i was on an ‘all natural health kick’- because I’d read how wonderful it is for folks- now even just a tiny bit of garlic makes me sweaty, shaky, dizzy- and it repeats on me for many hours- I’m bummed about it because i loved garlic- I gotta be real careful now because a lot of things have garlic in it-
