And Comey / Brennan / Clapper wouldn’t have done this without Obama’s approval ... have you ever seen a press conference where any angry Obama says “I would never have approved this sort of illegal behavior” ?

What more does Judge Sullivan need to dismiss the case against Gen. Flynn? Why the heck is it taking him so long to do so?
I don’t think Sullivan is going to dismiss the case.
He is a swamp judge doesn’t want his legacy to be he freed Flynn.

Of course that won’t stop any daily carping.

Trump needs to order via executive order the creation of several special counsels with plenopotentiary prosecutorial power to investigate democrat alleged crimes. His reasoning should be that there needs to be equal treatment under the law and all the people at the justice dept and fbi get caught in illegal acts and the justice dept declines to prosecute. Name Rudy Guiliani to oversee all special counsels and act as supervisor to remove the appearance of special treatment by justic dept.
Don't hold your breath. No one is going to prison over it.
