A call by former President George W. Bush for humanity to jettison partisanship amid the Chinese coronavirus pandemic has drawn a sharp rebuke from President Donald Trump.
Bush published a video message on Saturday urging unity and togetherness amid the coronavirus outbreak, which received 4.4 million views on Twitter as of Sunday morning.
Bushs plea amounted to a call for people to ignore partisanship to protect the most vulnerable and to assist those who have become unemployed.
(snip)
The presidents (Trump's) response was straight to the point, outlining Bushs absence when Trump was being excoriated during his impeachment proceedings.
.@PeteHegseth Oh bye the way, I appreciate the message from former President Bush, but where was he during Impeachment calling for putting partisanship aside. @foxandfriends He was nowhere to be found in speaking up against the greatest Hoax in American history! Trump tweeted.

"But the point that I agree with is that we Americans should all be working together."You are correct.
Unfortunately, democretins will not give up the attempt to pervert the USA to their socialist version so bipartisanship will never happen.

Is that supposed to lack logic on purpose?

I don't think so, but you never know.

GW was certainly better than the alternative but what irked me in the end was he was labeled a "conservative" so I was waiting for all sorts of conservative stuff to happen, which never did. Him and his family have been throwing rocks at Trump over accomplishments he himself should have initiated nearly 20 years ago had he actually been the conservative we had been sold to believe he was. Pains me to think how much farther ahead we could have been if there had been someone sincere to charge in on the political class back then like Trump has now.

I liked him a lot in the beginning.
Then I started wondering why Iraq? They were iran’s nemesis, which was good.
19 of the monsters were sauds.
But i was caught up in the masses and the moment.
God forgive me.

Bush published a video message on Saturday urging unity and togetherness amid the Wuhan Flu’ outbreak but the globalist( LSM, Demoncrat's and GOPe) idea of partisanship is orange man bad. Really all you gotta do is listen to them talk about any subject, its always orange man bad.

Hes probably the last guy you want in the foxhole with you.
Absolutely spot on. When a dim is in trouble, the other dims come screaming out of the woodwork.
But what others are saying is true.
Bush never stood up to defend HIMSELF either.

I listened to Bushs message. I heard him talk about unity, but I took it as unity for the country, not just politicians. Didnt hear the word bipartisan. Maybe I missed it?

None of the above, which was a much better choice than you having voted for Bush.

I was a Bush admirer at one time. I thought he handled the 9/11 attack well and stood behind him on the Iraq missions. There were other matters with which I had some misgivings, but was able to set those aside. But when he forged a close friendship with the Obama’s, the greatest phonies in American political history, well, I completely lost all trust and good feelings for him. Maybe it was a matter of poor judgment on his part, I don’t know.
