The worst tyrants are ones who believe they are doing it for your own good.
this is getting good :)
"How far can we push the lemmings before they push back?"
Except for a few outliers, the answer is "Very far."
When General Mills took office Maine had a rainy day fund.
Two weeks later it was gone and we have a $520 million deficit. This is all about the money the state is hoping to get from Uncle Sugar. She could care less about the destruction of peoples lives and businesses. Liberals are evil.
When Republicans demand, Democrats ignore.
Yet another governor who should not even be running a hotdog cart. What an oaf.
“The worst tyrants are ones who believe they are doing it for your own good.”

And journalists and MSM talking heads?
I have that quote on my FR page. Almost like Lewis had Whitmer and Newsom in mind. :)
The worst tyrants are ones who believe they are doing it for your own good.

They also have an absolute belief in their intellectual superiority. They are never wrong. Numerous governors in this country exhibit that dangerous mindset.
