Trump's judges are a giant step backward for America

Whether or not he is re-elected, Donald Trump will be revered by conservatives for his judicial appointments. As of March, Trump has appointed 193 judges to the federal bench, with another 39 pending on the floor of the Senate or in the Senate judiciary committee. Those nominations will surely be acted on favorably by the Senate before 20 January 2021, when there may be a new president and a new Senate. There are another 38 district court vacancies awaiting nominations. In one presidential term, Trump may appoint up to 270 federal judges, or 31% of the entire federal judiciary. For perspective, Barack Obama appointed 329 in eight years.

Their fear is palpable, which is why all the leftist minions in the governor's offices are clinging to this virus.

Because a reelected President Trump replaces the aged Justice Ginsburg. And then it's all over, because then there will be an ACTUAL conservative majority on the Supreme Court. And John "Swingin" Roberts will have to join the majority on cases if he wants to write an opinion (the senior judge in the majority decides who writes the opinion).

And the Democrat nominee is a babbling old man who likes to sniff girls hair.

Yes, their fear is palpable.

Shira, try some truth serum. In the so-called progressive world, "progressing" means re-visiting the 20th century. And conservatives want to get away from the socialist nightmares of fascism and communism. So, in the real world, Trump's judges are a giant leap forward.

Shira A Scheindlin, right out of Central Casting. When Trump replaces Ginsberg, the wailing and gnashing of teeth will be at all time highs.

Trump's judges are a giant step backward for America...

Just another reason why the communists hate Trump.

One measure of his great legacy, will be the 4-500 conservative judges that he appoints over 8 years, including at least 4 {or more} conservative SCOTUS Justices.

The lefty heads will do more than explode, they will eat M-80s for lunch.

She wrote the majority of defendants were non white AND THEIR FAMILIES WERE TOO! Is she just trying to up her word count or does she really think we couldn’t figure that out? A federal judge for 22 years and doesn’t know how to write.

The PRIME REASON I voted for Donald J Trump was because 4 more years of LEFTist Judges would be fatal to our US Constitutional Government. Remember 2016 and Justice Scalia’s death and the push for Judge Merrick Garland as replacement? Then Trump replaced his nomination with Judge Neil Gorsuch and that was followed by 2018’s CLOWN CIRCUS of Judge Brett Kavanaugh replacing Justice Kennedy.

Imagine who Hillary would have put in instead of Kavanaugh! Actually, I am not even sure that she would have stayed with Garland as he was a ‘moderate’ to try to get in before the election.

It was one thing when Judges made decisions based upon the Constitution, precedent and legislative intent. Now and for the past several decades, they have been unelected law-givers, using legalities to espouse political decisions. A single Federal Court Judge can make a ruling for the entire Nation, something undreamed of a generation back.
