I get your point, but the fact is there is no constitutional provision whereby this governor can force you to wear a face mask against your will. Unless they actually invoke martial law which these cowards will not do. I say cowards because they know the baggage that comes with the declaration, but in the absence of such a declaration they are simply saying the constitution is meaningless.
Additionally, it is absolutely fine if a PRIVATE business says “DO not come in my shop without a mask” as they have the right to make such a demand in their private spaces.

Depending on how the ‘emergency powers act’ is put together by the state legislators, they might have the legal authority for certain things while the declaration is in effect. The unstated purposes:
1) Dog-whistle obedience training. Easy to see who is “compliant” and who needs “re-education”
2) Darn near impossible to wear a mask with a runny nose...so it will force the sick to STAY HOME (which they ought to do anyway, but without government orders)
All this mask wearing is nothing more than “feel good” posturing. They way they’re being worn by the general public. they sure aren’t going to be effective for anything.
If they require that in Phoenix there will be people dropping of heat stroke. You can barely breathe in a mask when it’s onstage a hundred or so, if they make you wear one in June or July when temperature can be 110 to 120 people will die.
How about wearing our underwear on the outside so the cops can see if it’s clean? This is bs. All of it.
