I read the decision. It appears that the government can’t force you to get a vaccination or flu shot, i.e. , physically administer the shot against your will. You may have to pay a fine or suffer some other penalty. In this case it was 5 dollars.
How recently has this decision been invoked? Smallpox is a step above the flu or the Wuhan virus. Is this the medical version of the Logan Act?
