Done by executive order. But confiscating guns ( buy back) will require new legislation, and that will not likely happen IMHO.And if it does, Canadians won’t go for it.

- Canada Gazette is basically the same as the US Federal Register, correct? ie) proclamations on how government executive agencies will specifically implement laws?
- Per my quick reading of this - Trudeaus and his Ministry of Justice are justifying this by declaring administrative/regulatory revisions to an existing gun-control Act of Parliament, and are also immediately declaring a 2 year amnesty, at which time he will try to implement a buy back. Is this correct?
- Thats a hell of a long and detailed list of specific makes and models of weapons. No doubt it was prepared well in advance, just waiting for a pretext to roll it out
