Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley wants to know if former Special Counsel Robert Mueller had access to the newly released FBI documents on former national security adviser Michael Flynn, in which the then-counterintelligence director openly questioned if their goal was to get him to lie.
New DOJ/Flynn docs are stamped w [sic] SCO as in Special Counsels Office, Grassley (R-Iowa) wrote on Twitter Thursday, Did Mueller have these docs? Why did his team sit on them? What else is Mueller team that cost taxpayers $30+ million hiding? The ppl deserve answers 2restore faith in federal law enforcement agencies.
The documents referenced by Grassley were provided by the Justice Department as part of a re-examination of Flynns case.

Mueller, like Biden, wont remember.
I need many more than two answers to restore my faith in my government. A few thousand feet of rope as a caveat.
Well Grassley ain’t too tired just yet. That’s a pointed and well placed dart.
I hope they wreck that b**tard. Mueller, I mean.
That’s a good question. Did Mueller have the information and cover it up, or did someone else conceal the information from Mueller? Someone should go to jail.
These corrupt leftists should see regular prison, general population. They should not get the country club prison.
When someone goes to jail...who’s at the top of the food chain....I will run naked thru a tick and chigger infested forest.
I need many more than two answers to restore my faith in my government.

Grassley will settle for no answers. He’s a blowhard, just like the rest of the GOP.
If his investigation did have them, he wouldn't have known it because he was just the figurehead of the investigation, and not an actual participant. The most work he did on the investigation was to collect his paycheck.
Too bad they (deliberately) wiped Strzok and Page's cell phones when they got canned from Mueller's investigation. I'd like to know who did that, or on whose orders it was done.
I think this is a huge point.
The government has a Brady obligation to provide exculpatory evidence to the accused. If the prosecutor had this, and never provided it, it is bad. I think I’ve heard the argument that the prosecutor, who was part of Mueller’s team, was relieved of the Brady obligation after the plea, but at this point, how does Van Grack (the prosecutor, and a member of the SCO) prove he didn’t have it? At the same time as he is blackmailing Flynn to plead guilty or watch his son get destroyed?
We as a country really are going to a bad place when we accept this as nothing more than politics.
Mueller may just be a couple steps ahead of Slow Joe in the dementia department.
Mueller had nothing to do with the investigation. Figurehead with a reputation - right until he testified. Then it was clear to all he was not up to the job.
Biden debating Trump will be the same thing. Disaster for Biden. He won’t be able to hide his condition.
“Thats a good question. Did Mueller have the information and cover it up, or did someone else conceal the information from Mueller? Someone should go to jail.”

Here’s another one. Do bears poop in the woods?
Mueller was a figurehead. I’d much rather see the ring-leader and active coup-plotter, Andrew Weissman, do the perp walk. Be great if they dragged him off the TV set in cuffs.
The silence on Flynn new discovery with the “usual suspects” is evidence alone.
Oh, come on. They need a few days to get their story straight.
