Opinion: Oh look, I updated some of Pelosi's Kavanaugh tweets in light of credible accusations against Biden
Tara Reade has accused Joe Biden of penetrative sexual assault she says occurred when she worked as his aide in the 1990s.
Then a 1993 clip of "Larry King Live" surfaced featuring Reade's mother calling into the show (which was about nefariousness in Washington) seeking advice on how her daughter could deal with "problems" she experienced "working for a prominent senator" without "go[ing] to the press" "out of respect for him." Today a former neighbor of hers — a Biden supporter, Trump hater, and staunch Democrat — came forward to corroborate the story, revealing that Reade told her about the alleged assault in the mid '90s — and the details add up.
These developments are called "evidence." They accomplish a thing called "lending credibility" to an accusation.
Yet the media and Democrats are completely ignoring all of it.
Another piece of news that broke today: Speaker Pelosi, despite all this, endorsed Biden for president! She even referred to him as "the personification of values and integrity."
Whatever happened to the SOTU white-dress-wearing, #BelieveSurvivors champion of all women we've known Pelosi to be in recent years? Do you remember how she conducted herself during the Kavanaugh hearings? Do you recall how she took as gospel truth all claims against the man, despite a complete lack of evidence, and called for Kavanaugh's head on a platter?
Now, do you know what she's had to say about Tara Reade and her allegations against Joe Biden so far? A Biden spokesperson denied the allegation (not Biden himself) and Pelosi offered this: "I am satisfied with his answer."
The doublethink exhibited by Democrats and their foot soldiers in the mainstream media is stunning.
And once again, Hillary stands firmly behind a serial
abuser.

We need to be aware of, and publicize, how the Democrats and media are changing the criteria by which we judge these sexual assault allegations against prominent men.
It appears that the key factor is, what is the political affiliation of the man being accused? If Democrat, the charges are minimized or glossed over. If Republican, he must be crucified and denied high office because of the seriousness of the charge, regardless of whether any evidence is produced.

The DNC and Democratic Party Super Delegates have gotten their wish that their candidate is not Sanders, but Biden. They own this mess. They need to either live with it or find a way to get out of it.
I can't wait for the Presidential debates. I wonder if the Democrats will demand that Biden have a “co-speaker” at the debate with him to either whisper in his ear or speak for him during one of his frequent memory lapses.
