NEW YORK - Americans appear to be losing faith in what President Donald Trump says about the coronavirus pandemic, with almost everyone rejecting Trump’s remark that COVID-19 may be treated by injecting infected people with bleach or other disinfectants, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released on Tuesday.

The Reuters/Ipsos poll was conducted online, in English, throughout the United States. It gathered responses from 1,001 adults, including 416 Democrats and 419 Republicans.

Roto-Reuters is one of the worst along with CNN, NBC and PMSDNC.

Partially correct.
Americans have lost faith in what the MEDIA says about the Wu Flu.
Of course, we’ve lost faith in just about everything the corrupt and ill-educated marshmallow major media says.

Yup, any poll that suggest that happened is not worth much.

When his poll numbers go up, do they report that Americans are “gaining faith”?

My faith is only challenged when he keeps Tweeting that the cure cannot be worse than the disease but he keeps letting Fakey and Scarves drive the bus.

Hopefully we’re turning the corner on that.

In tomorrow’s news: “Trump claimed he invented the question mark. Public is skeptical.”

...COVID-19 may be treated by injecting infected people with bleach or other disinfectants...

Given that President Trump was speaking about UV light, using the (scientifically correct) term "disinfectant" in the second half of the sentence to avoid repeating the same label, the Reuters conflation of the statement with bleach being the disinfectant is a complete farce.

Also, given that stories of using UV light and controlled inhalation of ethanol have hit the news since then, this is just another ploy in the propaganda game.

In his response to questions on the subject, I do wish President Trump would have called out the willful misinterpretation of his actual statement by the reporters, rather than claiming he was being sarcastic.

This is not surprising. The other day here, someone shared an article from the Urinal that had most people in GA opposed to Brian Kemp’s allowing businesses to open in that state by this time. The newzak echoing Democrat talking points is now featuring polls like these to be used as weapons against Trump and for extending the lockdown.

What a G— Damn joke. This is the fakest of fake news. Trump was talking about actual medical treatments. Any mention of Lysol is a manufactured lie.

NO poll is worth anything. Everyone needs to stop paying attention to them.

In my neck of the woods the state is still under a stupid lockdown order, but a number of public officials are ALREADY coming out in public and asking: "What went wrong?"

There was an interesting interview on the radio this morning with a county official who is pushing back against his state's leadership on this, and he said something that reinforces something I've been saying since this fiasco started:

"The biggest mistake we made was putting state health officials in charge of this instead of our emergency management office."

Yup. That is an excellent observation.

State Health Officials are a group of generally unemployable doctors like the demented transgendered shrink who holds that job here in Pennsylvania. Or the Nurse Ratchet wannabe in Ohio.

It always cracks me up when people listen to what presidents say.

Watch what they do, then decide.
