I would want a lawyer. They cannot just tell a business to shut down. Why? What law is being broken? Cannot be a real law. Sounds like democrat directive. That's the issue, isn't it?
Unless there's been a law passed by the legislature, then no law has been broken and people are being wrongfully arrested.

So, do you know her situation? Maybe she needs to work to survive. Not everyone has money in the bank past the next paycheck, or the next few weeks. Ever thought of that? If so, it is the only hill to die on.
