If a person is entitled the funds and New York Department of Labor is screwing up big time, then I would think it would be possible to sue in small claims court for fast win, unless courts aren’t open for small cases at this time.

The long knives will come out in some places and the guns will be next. Rise in suicides. Robberies will take place. Businesses will defy the government decrees to stay closed and reopen. This is a real conumdrum. Tomorrow we have to file for CA unemployment for us Sole Proprietors. I have filed twice before starting in March and can’t get dick. But now supposedly this program is for folks like us.
For two months we have not had any money coming in and more in likely will not have any money coming for the rest of the year. I doubt there will be any fair held this year due to liability reason.
We need this money to survive. Same with the PPP...filed at the end of March...still no money. Won’t get any either probably.
Filed for the EIDL grant. Got nothing there yet either.
I am proud that the Trump administration acted quickly in putting together a program for the common man. But when it came to implementation the common man was left to die on the vine.
I am working to get a website together and frankly how will anyone every find us on the world wide web. They won’t...
There are people out there that are in real need of this cash. It won’t make us whole, not even anywhere close, but it at least pays the bills and seeds for the garden...

Meanwhile, the unemployed are treated to unending pity parties for and celebrations of so-called essential workers, most of whom are still collecting paychecks and bennies.
Note to the so-called essentials: Those non-essentials, the ones now jobless, are the folks who pay for your salaries and bennies. And states CAN’T PRINT MONEY.
