Add Quercetin to your daily intake. It acts a zinc ionophore and your prostate will love it.

Try Omeprazole = over the counter Prilosec
I was going to ask about Omeprazole, as I have a prescription for that. It says to take one daily — it’s a 24-hour time-release pill. It seemed like a lot so I only take it when I know I’ll be eating something iffy that day. That includes church potlucks.
