I happen to agree that using their own tools and methods against them is likely to be the most productive strategy for us when dealing with Dems (DJT seems to understand this).
Lots of interesting reading out there about the Prisoner's Dilemma and tit-for-tat, especially if you consider how it relates to dealing with Dems, who can be counted on to always and only consider their own best interests (regardless of what they say). This may explain why they are so prone to cheating, and why they continue to get away with it.
