--
Kim Jong-un is dead or on his death bed after a heart operation went wrong because his doctor's hand were shaking, reports claim.
Rumours surrounding the health of the North Korean despot have been rife since he missed a celebration of the birthday of his late grandfather and the country's founder, Kim Il-sung, on April 15.
A Japanese weekly magazine, Shukan Gendai, now reports that the leader is in a "vegetative state" after a botched stent procedure.

Though it does seem to agree with an earlier story I read.
“Thank you doctor for fitting me in. If all goes well you’ll have the best meal of your life. If it doesn’t, your family, your friends, and everyone you know will be killed. And you will watch. But hey - no pressure.”
If this is true, KJU’s own ego, and maniacal ways sealed his fate. His tyranny ended up taking his own life!
Does the Doctor still have his hands?
That, my friend, is Karma.
So is it too soon for all those people who followed him around taking notes to throw their books away?
The Devil: “Ah, Rocket Man...right on schedule. Follow me.”
We should be giving asylum to that doctor and his family, not to a bunch of liars.
Reminds me of Carl Hassans comedic novel, Skin Tight where the plastic surgeon had Parkinsons.
A Good read
At my sister’s wedding, the pastor’s hands shook the whole time(while holding an opened bible).
I was her maid of honor, and he made me so nervous.
The entire time I was thinking.... haven’t you done this before?
Great.. replace one tyrant with another younger one.
The original story I saw, did not seem to think the doctor was Korean.
During my baptism, the priest was shaking, but he was elderly and had a palsy of some sort. He was lifting me up, extending his arms and then dipping me down into the water. My mom thought he was going to drop me.
The North Koreans certainly won’t blame Kim’s death on his obesity and chain smoking. So it looks like some poor Doctor is going to be the whipping boy.
Cause of Death: COVID-19.
Stalin died because of the FEAR he induced to everyone around him, so everyone was afraid to go check up on him until it was too late.
Similarly in WW2, Hitler's staff was afraid to wake him to tell him that the invasion Europe has begun. Hitler has demanded that the command of the Panzer Tanks in France to be under his personal control so his generals were powerless to get them to stop the invasion until it was too late.
This sounds believable. I have gone through very basic training for becoming a Medical Assistant. It never happened, for personal reasons, but the training was a good experience.
We as a class had to learn how to give injections, or take blood for a blood test.
I learned that some people have very large, ropey veins, easy to see. Some have very small veins. The highly obese or very fleshy classmates were often the most difficult to serve, because it was so difficult to see the veins.
A real medical professional (which I’m not) knows what I’m talking about and could explain it better.
My instructors were experienced, and able to use their fingertips to feel the veins and the pulsations.
It takes confidence and courage to be a doctor, that includes being a successful phlebotomist. They have my respect.
Perhaps Rocketman’s Doctor just could not find a place that would provide a good steady flow of blood, or a place to provide plasma. If he was already passed out or semi-comatose, there was limited time to get set up.
Meanwhile, all those 80 year old Korean Generals are staring, glaring through the windows of the operating theater, demanding to know ‘When Kim would get better?’
“Heck if I know. I think he was DOA anyway. Not my fault!!”
That, my friend, is Karma.
....
Yes indeed!
My Goodness! Your poor mother.
We decided the pastor was so nervous because he was our dad’s friend.
33 yrs later and my sister is still happily married.
