The coronavirus pandemic has brought significant challenges to our families and our communities. From schools to the workplace, our daily routines have been turned inside out. We have witnessed a heartbreaking loss of life. And millions have lost their jobs.
The response to this pandemic is the biggest story of our lives. At The Sacramento Bee, we feel a significant responsibility to report and share with you the full picture.

Yo, SacBee, how many free subscriptions have you handed out to illegals and other people of misfortune or whatever you call them over the years. Make your appeal to them. I'm sure they will be more than happy to re-direct their beer, cigarette, lottery and drug money to you in this hour of need.
Theyre drowning in red ink.

The problem is, if they started printing the truth, they would lose most of what readership they have, because nobody who reads it is interested in the truth.

It’s worth the time to click on the link to the article, not so much for the plaintive text, but for the comments following it. You see, although far-Left Sacramento (and neighboring Davis because of the UC-Davis campus) is located in California’s Central Valley about 70 miles from the ultra-Left SF Bay Area, the capital city is literally surrounded by conservative or conservative-leaning counties, smaller cities and towns. The comments following the article provide “the rest of the story”.
They will go broke. Then, a leftist org will buy up the assets for $1 and continue printing left wing propaganda. The CHICOMs/PRC will funnel them money for operations.... Just like the rest of the media...
See my tagline.
Shouldn’t these workers be celebrating the throwing off of their chains and uniting?
Why aren’t they getting behind the abolition of all private business and having the government owning all the means of production?
Why, it’s almost as if they are embracing the profit motive to stay in business.
Thanks!
More good news!:
Theyre drowning in red ink.
Anybody have an anchor?
Yes, code, or learn to sing opera, or take up painting, or learn to be a chess-master. Its just a chance to spend precious time at home with your loved ones. I think Lier/Speaker in Chief of The House suggested that several years ago during Obama-care lay-offs.
Thanks!
Let them eat cake or Nanzi’s expensive Ice Cream!
I found a couple of websites where people complained about the Sacramento Bee. The complaints revolved around sharp price increases for subscriptions in the past few years, combined with the shrinking of the size of the newspaper.
People were complaining about paying more for far less quantity of news and information.
Undoubtedly the loss of subscribers has contributed to the downward spiral of that newspaper. You can’t just raise the price and give the customer less and stay in business, in any business
I just sent a donation to the Babylon Bee.
Sacramento, you say?
Never mind!
Media has only one purpose. It isnt to report news or hold government accountable or guard the First Amendment. Their sole aim is to sell advertising. Everything else is an adjunct. So the media has zealously used this pandemic to attack President Trump and shut down the economy to prevent his re-election. No economy, no advertising. They cut off their noses to spite their faces. No sympathy here and I am disgusted that they are using a scheme to say the subscriptions will be tax deductible.
Do you notice the scam here?
The local democrat dead tree paper - a publicity-promoting partner and intimate associate of the California socialst-communist party - running as a private business is going bankrupt.
So it promotes a “partner” as a “xharity” for the locals and political powers to donate money (er, donate to charities.) But these people are actually investing in a private business, taking the tax deductions, AND all the while hiding their investmenta for a third-party cover for foreign and out-of-state money
So little positive news coming out of this WuFlu debacle; makes it even nicer when a little nugget like this pops up.
Well, bye!
Mmmmmmm...... more and more liberals and lefties falling victim to the virus.
It’s OK by me.....I’m strong enough to face a world without them.
