Attorneys for retired Gen. Michael Flynn asked a judge Friday to dismiss his criminal conviction immediately, saying new evidence belatedly turned over by federal prosecutors proves the former national security adviser to President Trump was framed in the Russia investigation.
“This afternoon, the government produced to Mr. Flynn stunning Brady evidence that proves Mr. Flynn’s allegations of having been deliberately set up and framed by corrupt agents at the top of the FBI,” Flynn’s attorneys said in an eight page filing
Brady evidence is pretrial information that could exonerate a defendant.

I’ve been saying for more than two years that these developments would have been far more consequential if there had actually been a trial.
The judge in this case, Emmett Sullivan, ought to get his head out of where the sun don’t shine! He’s been oblivious so far.
I assume this is the same Judge, Sullivan, who appears to have his mind made up as of a long time ago. But I certainly wish Flynn well. What a nightmare!
Flynn puzzles me. he’s been inside the DC beltway and intelligence community for a long time. He’s been the target of political attacks in the past. He was appointed National Security Director. In sum, he should be quite familiar with the Swamp, its workings and how to survive it.
To be set up by Strzok and Comey’s fishing expedition the way he was, plead guilty so quickly to a crime he know he didn’t commit, AND hire Eric Holder’s law firm (expecting what result???) makes me think the guy just isn’t too bright.
It would be a delight if these attorneys were sanctioned for misconduct.
I’ve read that FBI agents always come to question you in pairs. One to question you and one to make “official notes” about the conversation. And no matter what you actually say, the “official notes” are the final arbiter. So it you are ever questioned by the FBI for ANYTHING, first, ask them to fill out the public servant questionnaire https://www.freedom-school.com/law/public-servant-questionnaire.pdf and then let them know that you will be using your cell phone to record the entire conversation. If they are trying to trick you into saying something, they will not proceed with the questioning.
Oh, and answer ONLY the question they ask. For example if they ask you if you know what time it is, the answer is not to look at the clock and announce it, the answer is “Yes, approximately”. Answer in as few words as possible and DO NOT elaborate to an “Oh?” or raised eyebrows.

Maybe he trapped them. He was the country’s top spook. I wouldn’t be surprised if he sabotages the plot to overthrow the President with people he put in position. They got all the text messages from the FBI agents after they interviewed Flynn. I think him and trump ran a counterintelligence campaign against the previous administration once they found out Obama spies on them.
Best to just refuse to talk to them at all.

That’s the lamest excuse I’ve ever heard. Because the same plotters may prosecute my son (who presumably is also innocent?), I’m going to roll over, destroy my name forever, and allow a coup against an elected President to proceed? Also, what was he thinking when he hired ERIC HOLDER’s law firm to represent him?
He’s not new, in fact he still supports “Magoo Sessions”. But everyone is entitled to their opinions.......even opinions that defie facts.
If members of the FBI have broken the Bureau’s policies and/or rules to do their dirty cop work, I would hope they could be sued personally. Assets of people like Comey (filthy lucre) should be available to Flynn and Carter, for example.
