Racist plaques depicting Winnie the Pooh holding a bat with chopsticks have begun to pop up around Atlanta, and police have no leads as to who is responsible.

First of all, the plaque is kind of funny. I don't think it is racist.

You would think by the tone of the article, that the medallion was posted somewhere in Communist China. Why make such a big deal of this if we are living in a free country? The author of this article thinks it should be illegal to make fun of a Chinese dictator.

Winnie the Pooh is BANNED in China because one of Xi critics said he looked like Winnie the Pooh. So it is making fun of Xi on many levels...it is not directed at China, but SQUARELY at President Xi. Funny AF!
