CNN has discarded any remaining shreds of credibility by planning and then broadcasting a totally bogus event aimed at portraying its most politically connected host as some kind of hero. What makes this exercise in propaganda so stunning is that it is easily proven to be phony by the words spoken by its purported hero.
You may recall that CNN’s Chris Cuomo announced to the world that he had contracted coronavirus weeks ago, and began broadcasting his daily show from his basement, as if he were some heroic jailed dissident, exploiting his illness for all it is worth. But, perhaps slightly deranged by the lack of contact with others, he went on air April 13 n his Sirius XM radio show to vent his angst about his job at CNN (sounding a lot like a guilty conscience) and describing an encounter with a bicycle rider who harassed him about being outside and violating his quarantine. If the incident is not fresh in your mind, you can hear it in a minute and 14 seconds here:

There is no mistaking the fact that he was not in his basement, he was outdoors and so blatantly violating his quarantine that he was called out for it.

Never watched a single episode of his show. Did he look sick? Sound sick? Did he get out of bed at all?
Did his wife get sick before he emerged?
I would quarantine in his $4 million Hamptons beach shack. Does he have an “all are welcome here” yard sign out front?

That is not the weird part. The weird part is that Cuomo makes it sounds as if this is his first time out of isolation since he announced on March 31 that he had been diagnosed with the virus.
Cuomo has previously admitted that he broke quarantine on Easter Sunday to take his wife and children to look at an undeveloped property in East Hampton, New York — a full 30-minute drive from their home in Southampton.
Despite this, the CNN anchor is acting like his post-CDC all-clear means that he can now, at long last, finally leave quarantine and embrace his family.
