Several Jew-hating Muslims have already said that it’s okay for Muslims to take vaccines developed in Israel.

Good point!

Perhaps, there should be a Terms of Service agreement in place, before the shot is given. Something like:

Check one:
1. I am not a supporter of the BDS conspiracy.
2. I support BDS — but, I’m also a hypocrite and complete jerk, so I’ll take the shot.
3. BDS? What was I even thinking!?

IIRC, getting the patent is just a step towards full scale inoculations. It is first developed then tested in a lab, then patented, then tested further.

Patent does necessarily mean it works. There are perpetual motion machines that have been patented.

You can’t possibly get a patent approved this fast.
It must have been something they filed for a long time ago, and received the patent now.
Or maybe a “provisional patent”, still not sure even those can be granted so quickly.

LOL, yeah, we need “papers” and a “tracking app”, so we can know who is boycotting what that way we won’t accidentally give them medication from the countries they hate.

Yeah that’s what I wrote too.

But article says “coronavirus” not “covid-19” so possibly its something filed for a long time ago for a generic type of CV.

Patents don’t move that fast. He must have been working with this virus for several years.

Provisionals aren’t patent grants. They are basically a preliminary filing to hold your start date while you work on the full application which has to then be filed within a certain period of time. (If I recall correctly - I stay as far away from patent stuff as I can)

“He also said take no vaccine from CHina ..it will cause death”

Just like the ones from the U.S. have and in addition to that have caused untold millions of humans to suffer from all manner serious debilitating illness.

Want documentation of that? Read either of Dr. Judy Mikovits books “Plague” and “PLAGUE OF CORRUPTION”.

And the vaccine makers are shielded from liability.

There is a fast track according to the intellectual property attorney I know — it is a matter of, shall we say, appropriate payment. YMMV, but this is what I have been told by a professional in the field.

I was this || close to filing my first patent earlier this year. Then the covid thing happened. So I put it off as I had to focus on other matters. But I will file it this year. The app still needs some work/drafting/editing. Doing it myself, but following the format of an app filed by a megacorp (Different product but same basic genre so I figure I can just use theirs as a template).

But I got the domain and the trademark for the product filed, and it went unopposed so I just have to file the statement of use when I commercialize the product. Had to file a TM extension because I don’t want to launch the product before filing the patent app. It could invalidate the patent.

As I was told, filing it as a provisional does hold your place in line, and it actually covers most western countries for the durations. So you protect your position in Europe, US, Canada etc all via the provisional, then later you can file the full applications individually. Some quirk in the law. I am in no way anything close to an expert so don’t hold me to this. Not a lot of good patent lawyers out there - a lot of great ones ($$$$$) and a lot of crappy ones ($). Not many in between. But buying lunch got me some advice from 90 year old retired $$$$$ patent attorney who clued me in on a few things.
