Why we embargoed Cuba and kissed China’s diseased Communist totalitarian ass instead is beyond me. There is never any long term benefit in dealing with The Devil, or with Communists.
Good, but for any of these lawsuits to succeed, Congress needs to amend the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act just like they did when they overrode Obama’s veto in 2016 to allow 9/11 suits against Saudi Arabia.

Has China just conducted a preempted attack on the world with a bioweapon attack and has started WWIII. What happens next if this is proved and made public. The mood is slowly moving in that direction... these kind of ducks don’t walk fast but if it walks like a duck.
The best thing to do is to decouple trade from China. Nowadays there are plenty of third world countries we can get our cheap knicknacks from. No reason to continue pouring money into China. Whether we’re brave enough hold gutless business leaders to this simple fairly easy solution remains to be seen.
