I respectfully disagree. You are correct that these lawsuits will not result in any tangible justice. However, they draw attention to the real culprit and the ills of the CCP.

It is an established fact that China tried to hide the outbreak, lied to the world, and perhaps worst of all, they restricted domestic travel from Wuhan while allowing international travel to continue from Wuhan.

Had this outbreak occurred in a Western nation we would not be having this conversation and it would have been nothing in comparison to what it became as China knowingly allowed the virus to spread through the world.

This needs to be the primary take-away. The question of motive for the CCP does not change the equation either way for me.
