Now that Im retired I cant afford a boat anymore
Pobrecito...
Hmmm....so, the model margin of error was actully on target
Which test kits did they use? Tainted Chinese ones or ones that actually work?
Well, it’s Boston. Boston didn’t get hospital beds or ventilators.
So drag out the homeless to get not sick but get money.
I had read that the virus thrives in the 40 to 50 degree range so NYC and Boston this time of year are a factor.
The bad news: it’s everywhere.
The good news: it doesn’t harm anywhere near as many people as we thought.
Or is there perhaps even more that were missing here?
Where did the test kits come from?!
They should followup with antibody testing but they will not. It might tell them something they don’t want to hear.
C.D.C. Labs Were Contaminated, Delaying Coronavirus Testing, Officials Say
Two of the three C.D.C. laboratories in Atlanta that created the coronavirus test kits violated their own manufacturing standards, resulting in the agency sending tests that did not work to nearly all of the 100 state and local public health labs, according to the Food and Drug Administration.
The idiot/s who wrote this missed plenty. The question now is...did they intentionally miss things?
“Eat more dirt.”
So...if you were evil and seeking power and wanted to target NYC to shut down the economy the right virus must be spread with expert timing to take advantage of chinese new year spreading and those perfect temperatures around NYC.
What are the two happiest days in the life of a boat owner?
Check your machines and methods.
Hospitals and many doctors lost money during this. No one made more money. Rural hospitals are almost broke.
I do hospital work which does include care of acutely Ill pts in hospital. My office practice is down 30-50%.
Hospital census down as well.
Ahh....the good old days!!
Been there x 6. But my son and I did catch a lot of nice fish along the way. Just NEVER calculate the cost per pound. It may be fresh fish but its the most expensive fish on the planet.
If you look at the Santa Clara data they tested people who were recruited on Facebook. Hardly a random sample.
Boo hoo some docs are going to have to sell one of their boats....
My comment was intended to be about the Pine Street Inn study:
"The CDC is now actively looking into into universal COVID-19 testing at Pine Street Inn homeless shelter. /
The broad-scale testing took place at the shelter in Bostons South End a week and a half ago because of a small cluster of cases there. /
Of the 397 people tested, 146 people tested positive. Not a single one had any symptoms."
