Do you have to be very careful as the UV lights are very harmful to human eyes though

Already happened. I was researching and found an article that rated available UVC lights —every single one was out of stock. So I wound up getting a small one that was suitable for use with a small box for the mail.

I also bought some air purifiers that have the UVC light and run those for the main areas I am in.
