Well, duh. Even the framers knew it was flawed. That’s why they tried and failed to amend it.

The Naturalization Act of 1790 and 1795. For starters. Then add in the 14th Amendment. Then many SCOTUS decisions.

NBC as anyone knows, is undefinable.
