Go read the Constitution. He does not have the power to re-open a state closed by the state government.
Your state got what it voted for at the state level.
Look at Michigan. Governor Karen Witless has botched that situation so badly that Trump's odds of winning Michigan are BETTER today than they were a month ago.
Get on your governor's ass. Get on your state legislator's ass. Make this a grassroots revolt, not a national referendum on President Trump.
It’ll be up to you in blue states to push for a re-awakening, but that should be pretty easy once the joy in red states spreads.

Pres. Trump will work with the good governors opening their states, and when the rest of the country sees the economic revival, the democrap run states’ citizens will be clamoring for them to open, too.
Trump will then be their champion, demanding the same.
