ANNAPOLIS, MD—As the COVID-19 crisis escalates in the National Capital Region, Governor Larry Hogan today issued a Stay at Home order to protect public health and safety. The order, which takes effect at 8:00 p.m. tonight, states that no Maryland resident should leave their home unless it is for an essential job or for an essential reason, such as obtaining food or medicine, seeking urgent medical attention, or for other necessary purposes.

This is old news from March 30. The poster is uninformed or a troll. Keep taking your walks.
Maybe because the agreement that we have a genuine public health crisis cuts across party lines and political ideologies.
(Myself, I would prefer that these stay-at-home orders be lifted on April 30 or May 1. The various state maps seem to show the big breakouts mostly in heavily populated counties, anyhow.)

Actually, SCOTUS managed to restrict some of G.W. Bush’s war powers during the War on Terror (TM). More specifically, ruling that the Afghan non-uniformed terror-mongers were subject to Geneva Convention protections.

the president once he has war powers or declares an emergency, like the wall, should tell the judges they have no standing That is the role of congress. They re elected. Non-elected people should stay out of emergencies and wars. Lastly you can’t respond to an emergency by waiting for it to go through the court process. Past presidents understood that.
As of today we are 4 murders ahead of last years.
