Jamelia Fairley speaks at a rally in 2019. Fairley is one of two employees at a Sanford McDonald's who are at the heart of a $500 million dollar sexual harassment class-action lawsuit.
LOL!!!
Al Sharpton
Pretty good bet that the guys loved Rap Music.
It just occurred to me...what guy could be *so* desperate as to want to rub his groin against any of those pigs?
The brothers are not at fault (sarc)and besides how much could they get out of a brother who works for McDonalds. There is some one behind all this
Proves McD’s definitely needs a vision plan. So the guys can’t see to well is why orders get screwed up all the time. I knew there was a reason for it.
how much is that per hour?
McDonalds should prove this will never happen again—by replacing all humans with robots.
Problem solved!
I think the ‘victim crowd’ is going to find a lot LESS sympathy for their crap, given what’s going on the country these days.
They need to give it a rest for a few years, until we recover to something resembling what we used to be - back when we had the time and resources to indulge them.
Joe Biden stuff ....
From the article;
The Time's Up Legal Defense Fund was founded in 2018 amid a wave of popular anger over workplace harassment following the exposure of abuse by powerful men.
The fund is backed by some of Hollywood's most powerful women, including Meryl Streep, Reese Witherspoon and Natalie Portman.
It connects low-wage workers experiencing sexual harassment to lawyers around the country and has received more than 4,915 requests for assistance since its founding. It has committed to funding 174 cases with the $24m raised so far in donations.
NOTE: "Filed ... class-action" only means that these two women are trying for a class-action status against McDonalds Inc. (McD). Most McDs are franchised and that starts the problem with this lawsuit.
IMHO? No class-action, franchise case and then it becomes a case of witnesses and records. Oh, and the $500 mil? In your dreams!
They Should file suit in China. Seems a McDonalds there posted a sign that said, “No Blacks Allowed”
I give it 20 minutes of life.
Even Ray Charles wouldn’t buy that story.
