About 16.4 million mail-in ballots went missing in the 2016 and 2018 elections, data provided to Breitbart News reveals.
The data from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission and the Election Administration and Voting Surveys for 2016 and 2018, provided by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), shows that between the 2016 and 2018 elections, roughly 16.4 million ballots mailed to registered voters went missing.
In the 2018 election, about 42.4 million ballots were mailed to registered voters. Of those mailed, more than one million were undeliverable, more than 430,000 were rejected, and nearly 10.5 million went missing.
The 2016 election showed similar discrepancies. That year, about 41.6 million ballots were mailed to registered voters. Of those mailed, more than 568,000 were undeliverable, nearly 320,000 were rejected, and close to six million went missing.
Putting the election in the hands of the United States Postal Service would be a catastrophe. In 2018 and 2016, there were 16 million missing and misdirected ballots, PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement. He went on:
These represent 16 million opportunities for someone to cheat. Absentee ballot fraud is the most common; the most expensive to investigate; and can never be reversed after an election. The status quo was already bad for mail balloting. The proposed emergency fix is worse.
Los Angeles County, California, for instance, had nearly 1.4 million mail-in ballots go missing in the 2018 election, while Maricopa County, Arizona saw 408,000 mail-in ballots go missing.

244 Counties Have More Registered Voters than Live Adults

29 States and D.C. Show Bloated Voter Rolls
(INDIANAPOLIS, IN.) August 19, 2019: The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) is spotlighting jurisdictions across 29 states for in-depth inspections of voter registration records and local list maintenance practices in preparation for the 2020 presidential election. At least 244 counties across 28 states plus Alaska and D.C. report bloated voter rolls to federal officials. In response, public records research, voter roll audits, and various litigation activities are now underway.
One of the most effective strategies for protecting the integrity of American elections is keeping voter rolls clean, PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. Carefully maintained records will better prepare state and local governments to quickly recover from any future cyber-attacks. In addition to fraud concerns, unkempt rolls can serve as a warning signal to future corruption and failures in local governments.
The Foundation created an infographic to depict where the hotspots for potential voter list maintenance failures currently stand. In addition to the 244 counties exceeding 100% voter registration, another 279 counties across 31 states exhibit implausibly high registration rates of 95 to 99 percent.
Wow, that’s a great site. Lots of good info and they are acting on this too. A few snips. The “nothing’s happening we’re all doomed” crowd should get pacifiers, blankies, and go sit in the corner and leave the adults alone.

Biden is smart not to be running a serious campaign
the election process has been so thoroughly corrupted as to be farce
Hmmmm....it’s almost like they’re BANKING on a fraudulent, mail in votes election.
:-(
Just in the past few days, Tom Fitton from JW, and a recent former DOJ elections attorney, discussed how LA County alone, had not purged its voter rolls in 40 years, essentially resulting in retention of complete voting biometric data of more than 1.9 million individuals who have moved on or died.
The same problem exists across many high density urban left-wing controlled jurisdictions.
As well, a number of left-wing high density jurisdictions have been creeping into the 136% to near 140% eligible voter turn out. What’s worse, several of these jurisdictions have real population decreases down to roughly 60% to 70% of what their populations were 40-50 years ago, without purging their voter rolls.
So, they are hitting 136% voter turn out on 40 year old voter rolls, while their district populations are only 60% of what they once were.
This means, in several democrat dominated districts, they have been casting more than double the ballots as there are eligible voters!
It actually gets worse. In their discussion, it was pointed out, even in the most highly motivated, active, voting districts in the U.S., it is rare to see even 85% to 90% voter turn out. 75% percent is considered high.
So, what we are seeing is a systematic and total destruction of the American election process, within our cities, and metropolitan jurisdictions.
Going further.
This past year, an article was published, where an audit by the Social Security Administration, acknowledged there were, (I believe), more than 30 million SS numbers currently being fraudulently used by disassociated entities. This is an absolutely huge story, which most were not paying attention to, with potential election consequences, due to potential biometric “data mining” by those in possession of the stolen SS numbers.
Now, add to it this article, where we have two elections, with mail-in ballots in excess of 10 million, which never made it to the intended individuals, and we realistically can project, or may well see the strategy play out, (right in front of our eyes), of a massive national left-wing *BALLOT AMBUSH for 2020!
The only way this does not happen, is with large scale federal law enforcement crackdown, as the perpetrators are big city Democratic fraud machines, from coast to coast.
I had not heard of PLIF before.
Conservative lawyers, who knew?
yes indeedie.
I haven’t voted Democrat in 40 years and that’s public record. I guarantee any mail-in ballot from me would somehow get “lost in the mail.”
And that doesn’t even include the ones that were valid but not counted. Voter ID.
YUP! Nationwide 'Vote By Mail' Must. Not. Happen.
This last primary although, for the first time they added a place where you are required to select a party you are aliened with.
ITS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE!
I guess it was a time consuming effort to have to open all the ballots in order to shit can the ones you don't want.
Holy crap. No wonder WA has gone so far Left...
That is correct !
One thing that might be mandated is that federal elections should be conducted in a way that results should be available in a timely manner, with auditable results (ie. a paper trail). If the state wants to run its own, non-federal, elections via mail, or to slow the voting process down with multiple local referendums and state mandated required documentation they may do so... on a separate election date. Their choice, their expense. Federal elections are too important to be left uncertain when any one state can't get its act together. They offer too tight a timeline to permit avoidable delays by one or a few states. Voting just for your one representative every 2 years, president every 4 years and a senator twice in six years can be done as quickly as the election monitors can validate your eligibility. With equally quick provisional ballots for those with questionable validation. At worst, when both senate seats were open, you'd have four boxes to check. If they can't figure out and remember which four before walking in the door I don't want them voting.
There will always be some unusually close races getting contested, but the system's design should provide believable results of election day voting in the vast majority of cases. Military absentee voting needs looser time limits than whatever is allowed for civilian absentee voting. Civilian absentee voting should be sufficiently limited so as to seldom delay final results. The cut offs for each should be designed to permit a timely transfer of power and not be overridden by judicial whim. For their own elections the states may screw thing up without federal interference, so long as the results don't interfere with the federal constitutional responsibility to ensure each state's citizens a republican form of government.
Yeah, activists for MAGA!!!!
After all, the state legislature-controlled Senate would once again be killing unconstitutional House appropriations bills as the Founding States had intended for the Senate to do.
Such bills steal state powers and state revenues uniquely associated with those powers, revenues stolen by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added]." Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
Also consider that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly give ordinary citizens the specific power to vote for POTUS like citizens have for members of Congress.
In fact, the politically correct voting process for POTUS that the states use is arguably a blatant violation of the 12th Amendment electoral vote procedures, state winner-take-all laws for electoral votes for example imo.
Excerpted from the 12th Amendment: "The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate [emphasis added]; [ ]"
With 17A citizen power to elect senators and politically correct power to elect POTUS gone, and defense issues aside, state lawmakers would once again uniquely elect federal senators and indirectly elect POTUS who would make sure that Congress limits its taxing and spending for domestic policy purposes to basically running the US Mail Service, as opposed to desperate, misguided, post-17A ratification Democrats using stolen state revenues to buy votes every election to stay in power.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"
Corrections, insights welcome.
Send "Orange Man Bad" federal and state government Democrats and RINOs home in November!
Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping COVID-19 will effectively give fast-working Trump a third term in office imo.

Such laws are based on stolen state powers and uniquely associated stolen state revenues." me
We had a chance to put a dent into the election fraud and process. We were given a gift of a REPUBLICAN President. Nothing has been done concerning election reform so we got 2016 and lost the House and a wide range of other offices like governors etc. 2020 WILL be the most corrupt and fraudulent election ever if the left does what they always do. We could lose the presidency and Senate. Forget about getting the House back. The judges are great but,the left ignores or circumvents them anyway. If we lose Senate and/or President, forget about Supreme Court.
Maintaining current and accurate voting rolls is an essential function of government if the constitutionally guaranteed “republican form of government.” If the states can’t fulfill that Article IV requires the Feds to act. One fairly simple way, might be to render representatives ‘elected’ with >100% eligible voters voting would be to remove their votes in the House and committees thereof. Until their district re-registered all its voters, with a set registration deadline in advance of voting, and reran the election. They could still aid ‘their’ voters with constituent services, just not have votes affecting the rest of us. To avoid that sudden expense and temporary loss of power voting roll maintenance would jump in priority.
“...The Dems have tons of people working at the Post Office...”
Apparently, big time too. I think there was an article on FR yesterday about how they “motivated” a bunch of union postal workers in the 2016 election to work for the PIAPS.
