Boris Johnson has left hospital after spending a week in hospital with Covid-19 and will go to Chequers to continue his recovery.
The prime minister was being treated at St Thomas’ hospital in south London and had spent time in the hospital’s intensive care unit after his situation deteriorated.

I have a sneaking suspicion Donald knows what therapeutic cocktails Boris received. Trump knows too well the need for privacy. He would never share that info without explicit consent from Boris.

That’s great news about the NHS trial. I am concerned they were trying to fight this dread virus with oxygen therapy and aceteminophen, unless there’s something amazing in that combo which they haven’t shared with the world. On the other hand, Boris did come back from death’s door? Or maybe it was the power of prayer that did it.
The fn lib leftists don’t have any problems using any other drugs ...from pot to coke to flaca to opioids to lsd....they are truly deranged...
I suspect with Boris that his body desperately needed rest and a chance to recover. I doubt he would have been in the hospital at all if when he first got the disease he deputised his powers and took it easy. Instead, he kept trying to run the government through a crisis while he had the virus. He’s too young(ish) and healthy(ish) to have gotten it this bad, except that he had the big underlying condition of “being under a huge amount of stress”—and as they say, stress kills. I’m sure lots of prayers were a positive too.
I saw some very disturbing comments from leftists on Yahoo News about Boris. Some wishing him to die, others saying he deserved it or making various nasty remarks about him, and one suggesting he was the wrong world leader to get the virus (i.e. the person was wishing it on our president). It amazes me that many on the left are using this crisis to proclaim loudly to the world how trashy and immoral they are and how they put politics above absolutely everything else.

I think a large part of the problem with the left is that they have dropped traditional religious beliefs and instead treat their political beliefs like their religion. Traditional morality is gone and even flipped on its head, but they still have a crusader’s faith-based fervor and a inquisitor’s oppression and intolerance of other viewpoints. I feel sorry for some on the left because I’ve know some who are well-meaning and looking for a purpose for their lives but have been badly led astray, but you’d think any half-way decent human being would know it’s wrong to wish death on other people over political differences (and that goes for the much smaller numbers on our side I’ve seen pulling that nonsense too).

FOLKS, just remember.... most successful cases of HCQ, including the ones published by Dr. Didier Raoult in France and Dr. Vladimir Zelenko’s over 800 cases in upstate New York show that it is most effective during the early stages of the disease, that is, as soon as symptoms are observed. If you use it at that stage, it only takes 5 to 6 days to reverse the disease. This relieves immensely the burden on hospitals and healthcare workers!
You should not wait, like UK’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who had to go to ICU, before you start the Hydroxychloroquine protocol. By that stage of the disease, the success rate is not well established.
