OK, congress can handle 2 things at once.

Not that they even do one usually, unless it’s trying Trump or spending 8 trillion on a Possible upper respiratory infection.

How about taking up the judges again?

2 Circuit Court appointments need to be prioritized and rammed through. The district court appointees can be confirmed after that.
