A majority of Democrats want to nominate New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo for president instead of Joe Biden, according to poll results shared exclusively with The Post.
The national poll found 56 percent of Democrats prefer Cuomo, with 44 percent wanting to stick with presumptive nominee Biden — a 12-point margin well outside the 4.8 percent margin of error for the Democratic sample.

Once the DNC senses weakness they toss you. Hillary,Joe and all the others showed weakness.That is why Bill needed a War Room.
I’m still concerned about switcheroo between any other candidate and Biden at the Democratic Convention... This eliminates the need for primaries....or at least sets the precedence...What if Republican DS at convention got on board and last minute say Trump, we’re sorry, we’re moving on without you...It’s fine to laugh at Democrat current picle, but there could be unintended consequences.
He is younger and has a bit of a personality.
This is what Primaries are for, to nominate your candidates but Democrats are notorious for non-democratic actions, aren’t they? In 2016, the anointed one was hand-ushered into the Democrat Party Nomination by the Party Leaders, regardless of the actual votes (Super Delegates). Then in the actual election, where the need was to win more state Electoral Votes than the opponent, the cry went up that Hillary was cheated.
OK, Joe Biden has won against 25 opponents BUT now, because he isn’t appearing to prosper, some Democrats want to be non-democratic AGAIN. In desperation to avoid the Trump 2020 victory they so fear, they are looking for a secular savior.

Cuomo just signed a budget that protects nursing homes from civil and criminal action.

This is really cool. The Dems will probably nominate someone who is not running for president, ignoring the varied wishes of their voters completely. This tells them that primaries mean nothing and their voices don’t count. Only the party leaders voices count. The Dem leadership got rid of the blacks, the gay, the women, the Asian, and the Jew. Now they will get rid of the old white guy. Dems, enjoy the suck. You voted for it.
They just cannot put Joe up. He’s getting worse and everyone sees it.
I don’t Cuomo taking over can or will happen, but if it did, and I was Trump, I’d play the video of Cuomo saying this in every ad. Loop it and let it play over and over.
Two obvious choices, Cuomo or joe and his VP. Sticking with joe will allow the rats to place a VP in the slot that is NOT elected by the people but chosen by the rats, dangerous. Biden will probably not make it through the 1st term, enter our newly unelected president. Cuomo probably not. He is arrogant, knows everything, will not bend or follow orders from anyone, is self serving. The latter is a controlled situation right down thier alley
You can’t discount that the Smartest Woman in the World isn’t lurking in the shadows, waiting for her moment to strike. We already know she isn’t above murder to achieve her goals, so don’t be surprised if she doesn’t fly in on her broom at the last minute to “Save the Day” for her fellow Demon-crats....

I’ve come to believe that Joe knew his only purpose was to torpedo Sanders, who would likely have lost more EV’s from 2016, maybe as much as 14, and killed the down ticket...so yeah, I’d say Joe would take one for the team...
