The original is Australian and when Hank Snow was introduced to it he had to rewrite it with places in the Americas but the original has absolute tongue twisting names of Australian towns. Here it is.

That’s a good one too. Actually I heard this one before the original, but now I am slightly more inclined to the original. I grew up near East St. Louis before it went completely to hell in a handbasket, and I have always been intrigued by its gritty and rough-and-tumble history. Ellington’s version sounds to me like ESL must have been in 1927.
