Things took an interesting turn during Wednesday evening's White House Coronavirus Task Force Press Briefing when President Donald Trump was asked about pardoning Joe Exotic, the star of the Netflix hit "Tiger King."
"One of the biggest rating hits of the coronavirus, beside from these briefings, a show on Netflix called 'Tiger King.' And the man who is the start of this is a former zoo owner who's serving a 22-year prison sentence. He's asking you for a pardon, saying he was unfairly convicted," the New York Post's Steven Nelson said. "Your son, yesterday, jokingly said he was going to advocate for it. And so I was wondering if you had seen the show and had any thoughts on pardoning Joe Exotic?"
"Which son?" Trump replied. "Must have been Don."
"It was," Nelson replied.

Well its because she murdered her husband. Thats why shes so bitchy
Yeah that’s bad.
My doctor told me murder is one of the worst things for your long term health
This is why these briefings should be briefings with the President introducing Pence and few others to give their updates.
They give good briefings. Trumps opening statement rambles too long. He is a bad reader. I love the guy...but he is bad at reading stuff out loud.
Ten minutes for questions and answers. Then you are wrapped up in 30 minutes.
NOTHING is conveyed over a two hour press conference.
I would have thought testifying about Hillary would be right up there.
If it was like that, MSM would say Trump was out of touch, unavailable, in hiding, hiding information, unaware, complacent, unsympathetic, you name it. You don’t have to watch it all, or any part of it. That is your choice.
30 minutes is plenty of time. Then you wouldnt hear complaints that its a campaign rally substitute.
Fauci would be a better President.
I generally agree, but Trump’s constant verbal judo with the media is something that he enjoys. The questions that are asked are ridiculous.
However, I also wish he would shorten them. Of course, the media would pitch a fit about that also.... “He is refusing to answer questions!”
There can be no equilibrium with our press. None.
lol
its the same thing :)
Marriage is third.
Disclaimer: I’m sure that doesn’t hold true for many happily married folks here.
but I still watched it all the way through because..why not. Cant make this sh*t up. Crazy.
Yeah, no.
I am sure he is reasonably good at leading the NIH. But President? He is too short.
This still makes me laugh....
Ally Beth Stuckey nails it (again)

Normally I’d cite unprofeasionalism if a press reporter is wasting time asking about the President’s opinion of a situation in a fictional show he apparently hasn’t even seen. However, found myself appreciating the brief reprieve from the “C” word and contentious press. Think the Pres got a kick out of it and rather liked the kid (and didn’t miss an opportunity to good naturedly underhand Acosta).
Good. Let them keep saying that. Maybe it should go to 3 hours.
Francis Collins is the NIH Director. Fauci is the NIAID director and serves under the NIH director. Collins is a Christian and has written about God and science.
Well that's news to me!
My bad. I misread his department.
Even more reason for him not to be President. I am pretty sure I would not like his gun control stance. Lol.
Are you joking? Might as well have Hillary:
