She did an excellent job at the U.N. No one has been as effective as she since Jean Kirkpatrick. She is also 100%correct about China.
Nobody called this normal circumstances.

Except there is precedent otherwise - and remember that the Feds have successfully used “interstate commerce” to justify in-state meddling.
Point is, though, that there has been no national martial law, there isn’t likely to be any national martial law unless things get exponentially worse to the point where state governments can’t function, and until and unless that happens, the governors are where the buck stops in each state.
