Didn't catch the name, but the question was a follow-up to yesterday's news that African-Americans were trending noticeably higher positive than any other group in testing results.
The question was about why they were just finding this out now, and why didn't they have anything in place from the start to look out for this.

Most of us think they’re padding the numbers also. I thought Dr. Birx gave a decent answer.
She said that the people who were showing up at the hospitlals weren't generally dying from the underlying cause if not for the covid-19 attack. It wasn't the underlying cause that brought them to the hospital, it was the covid-19 virus.
