An 18-year-old Texas woman is charged with making terroristic threats after she posted on social media that she tested positive for COVID-19 and was "willfully spreading it."
"I'm here at Walmart about to infest every [expletive] because if I'm going down, all you [expletive] are going down," she allegedly said in the video.
Maradiaga was arrested Tuesday and charged with the third-degree felony.

Send this “Texas” woman and her entire family back to their home country.
The same way mass shooters target the most vulnerable and/or innocent and seek great notoriety in the act.
=> Sociopath...!!!
You know, this woman's family may have been native to this area since Texas statehood - maybe even since Texas nationhood.
Somehow, the phrasing of her threat, and the very fact that she would choose a "big box store" as the venue to make such a threat, indicate to me that she could be as American as any home-grown leftist nut-job.
Regards,
Can’t she just grab and AR-15 and start blasting like a normal person?/s
I'm betting just a sturdy trebuchet could probably plant her on her own front porch.
Let me guess, she is a ‘dreamer’? /s
I suppose the thing to keep in mind is that a war or a pandemic or a natural disaster will not suddenly cause all mental illness to disappear. In fact it might just make it worse in those afflicted.
21 days in the *hoosegow will maybe improve her outlook.

Needs to be made an example of
Reports from recent wars and regional pandemics seems to indicate that it’s not “might” - it *does* make it worse in those that are already afflicted and it can cause it to appear in those who were not previously thought afflicted. Also, “cabin fever” is a real thing.
There’s a lot of people around these days that don’t take stress real well.
They are. She’s been charged with the felony version of “uttering terroristic threats” which carries a max sentence of ten years in a state prison and up to $10,000 in fines with court costs and victim restitution on top of that.
This woman has a constitutional right to assemble. /flubro mode off.
If she’s native that’s the certainly not a very common name for a Texican. Either way we choose not to claim her.
Bet she has a room full of toilet paper.
Trebuchet, old-school for air cannon. Would love to see how far either could plant her back in Mehico.
“Cant she just grab and AR-15 and start blasting like a normal person?/s”
I’ve actually thought about the lack of mass shootings recently. Bottom line - with social distancing, not nearly as many easy targets. Sure, you could go to the line outside a Costco, but do it Texas and you’ll wind up with bullets coming back at your head and a dozen guns drawn, as happened at that church last year.
“Theres a lot of people around these days that dont take stress real well.”
Yeah they’re called over sense of self entitled snowflake melenials.
