If Adam Schiff is unhappy about this, it is undoubtedly a good thing.
Of course they do. But they must do so from afar. They have zero right to pick people for positions in the executive branch or manage them.
Trump did good. He should appoint the overseer of the fund, not some committee of IGs or Congress.
He has had 3 IGs stab him in the back in the last year. Horowitz, Atkinson, and now the one referred to in the press conference yesterday.
He headed off another in the attack of the IGs. Trump clearly knew something
I thought Horowitz came out more in a rote defense of his office, although that did support Atkinson, too.
Yeah, if I were Trump, I wouldn’t want Horowitz making appointments I could make myself.
If Schiff is upset, the guy was 100% an Dem infiltrator.
There are several other “oversights” the President can apply— in addition to a correct choice for a special accounting counsel.
There is the Impoundment Act of 1975-— ANY appropriation of the House/Senate can be impounded by a statement from the President for any number of appropriations he wishes. Sends the statement to Congress that the expenditures are to be impounded for 45 days-— not spent, that is. These are titled in the Act as “Recissions”, and in order to be freed each item would have to be voted on (not a voice vote) by Congress.
Over— and out— forcing political accountability on those who funded Planned Parenthood and illegal aliens diverting money to them and not the US citizens affected by SARS Cov2-19.
He should appoint Jared and watch heads explode.
Horowitz swept the entire FBI coup plotters crimes under the rug. He found a few policies wanting or not followed.
But he did not call anything a crime or attribute any obvious malicious intent. He did not say it was a partisan coup attempt.
He is scum, cleaning up after the coup. Giving them cover. Durham will do the same, possibly prosecuting some low level paper signer. But all the main consiprators will walk free.
We see his bias right here. A president has the right to fire every US Attorney and IIRC, both Clinton and Obama did so upon taking office. Bush, on the other hand, let them stay when he took office. Thus his later firings and hirings were politically driven. Thank goodness PDJT discovered Glenn Fine's bias before he took over "watching" 2.2 TRILLION dollars.
Good now fire Fauci, every time I see that swamp creature I want to hurl chunks
Appointed to current position by bho days before Trump’s inauguration ????
Ass Press
Lol!!! Dems...oversight....huge sums of money...
Yeah, that THEY wanted to make sure hit special agencies who pay kickbacks, I mean, make campaign donations.
Good for POTUS!
Mulvsnry?
If AP reports it to make him look bad, it means Trump did a great service.
We need an autistic accountant with beans on his mind 24/7
Exactly- they want to suck that tap themselves, not insure rigorous oversight.
No, it would be upending the latest slush fund that the Dems have created for themselves.
I still believe and wager that this dick state doctor will be fired in the summer along with Hillary lover Brix. Trump doesn’t want to rock the boat for the moment due to his high poll ratings.
