I agree. I am taking Chelated Zinc supplements now just in case. The recommended daily intakke of Zinc is 11 mg per day. But over the next few months I will take 50 mg per day.The Zelenko therapy calls for 200mg of Zinc phosphate [er day.
The important aspect is to have lots of Zinc ions present in the blood.But too much Zinc can push copper and Vitamin A out of your sustem as well. Its always about balance.

How many types of fricking zinc are there? Until now I had not heard of Zinc Methionine.
I bought zinc picolinate based on this study and another Freepers recommendation.
