A forest has caught fire in the exclusion zone around the former nuclear power plant at Chernobyl in Ukraine.

Not sure but it does sound like something Kelly might have said.
I have heard people on the radio go all ‘bananas’ when someone (me??) would call up with that suggestion and they fall over themselves about how it wouldn’t work etc etc etc.
It also sounds like a good old ‘Yogism’ inre how they tore him up when he said he lived 20 miles from the stadium but 25 during rush hour......
OR
It is a fact that EVERYONE that had the flu during the Civil War died.
“Why don’t you make like a tree and. .get outta here. ..”
Biff. ...back to the future.
40 Years After the event:
Forest around Chernobyl FINALLY start glowing in the dark
Still a good movie
Well, they’re called “trees.” But that’s just to pacify people and not frighten them because they’re really RADIOACTIVE MONSTERS. And now they’re ON FIRE!!!
That series is amazing. I will be haunted until the day I die from watching that. Everyone should see it. Don’t think our government here is any different (except President Trump...and that’s why the establishment hates him).
It was an amazing series. After I saw it, I bought, and read the book “Midnight in Chernobyl: The Untold Story of the World’s Greatest Nuclear Disaster” by Adam Higginbotham. I highly recommend it.
Will the smoke become radioactive killer smoke? Maybe it will drift to Kiev and end that problem once and for all.

I cannot recommend that miniseries enough.
Chernobyl is the best, and the hardest, series that Ive ever watched. There were a few scenes that were so horrific that I had to take a Xanax.
I barely made it through the episode in which they were killing the pets.
I concur; the actions of the USSR Government were eerily similar to our government. Trump is an exception.
That forest is radioactive. I recently listened to someone talking about the danger of it catching fire, as the FIRE would be radioactive, too.
I caught a show on Youtube that admits despite the radiation, animals and even “endangered species” are thriving there. Which mystifies the doom and gloom environmentalist whackos.
Yeah, you gotta wonder if they’ve been taking close readings and observations of flora and fauna to see what the effects of the residual radiation are down through the years. Especially the ones that move out of the area and mingle with others outside the zone. Probably some real surprises that people didn’t expect.
