A massive storm is churning and has stalled over the western Atlantic Ocean, just offshore of the East Coast -- and it may acquire some tropical characteristics as it blasts New England with wind, cold air, rain and even wet snow late this week.

We just drove by the ocean and its wild. Were on the coast of MA Downtown had some flooding on the high tide this morning as did the area on Oceanside Drive and the Lighthouse area.
On a more pleasant note I hear it hit 80 deg. in Ft.Lauderdale today. - Tom
