I worked for a company that gave all employees three weeks of paid sick leave every year. You had some people the used it as it was intended, but you had others that simply used it as extra vacation time. If you took more than three days in row you had to provide a Doctor's excuse, so these folks either took two days every week or they provided a Doctors excuse saying something like they needed to take a couple weeks off for "allergies" or "stress reduction" or some other nonsense.

I'm guessing if Biden's 14 weeks ever became law, you would have a significant number of people taking exactly 14 weeks off every year.

That and 4 weeks of vacation is only 18 weeks, a mere third of a year. I’m holding out for half a year off!
