I think just taking normal rda amounts to cover gaps in diet or when disease may be stressing the body is probably the best. The body will take in what it can process and it will excrete the rest. High dosing of certain amounts or of certain types of vitamins may stress the liver and kidneys as they try to excrete what the body actually doesn’t need and may lead to issues that the Dr. you mention is speaking of.
So just take a gel type vitamin pill with minerals since they are shown to be amongst the most absorbable vitamins next to the “fizzy” kind(which are said to be the best). Even the pill types absorb better when crushed and mixed in juice....may taste awful so hold your nose and drink water after.
I dont take much of anything for liver toxicity reasons. However if i have to go out and could end up with the virus i am ready. I am going to take the lauricidan daily to see if it might help with psoriasis which is already a cytokine issue.
