Arabs and AAs?
The whole situation is surprising.
Just compare to Minneapolis/St. Paul and explain the differences to me.

why would detroit be a hot spot
it is a dead city
i think it may still be a hub for an airline
To: madison10
All the high population density urban areas are going to have an outbreak. Too many people living on top of each other.

Best plan is to stay far away from Detoilet and the ghetto dwellers in it.

What will the Canadians do? Half the cars in the parking lots at the hospitals and clinics have Canadian plates.

Weren’t they washing their hands, “social distancing” and “sheltering in place”? If the were, this advice doesn’t seem to have worked ... at least from what’s happening in Detroit..

And yet, just an hour away, we have just 17 cases and no deaths. Says something about population density.

What if your city became a hot spot and nobody outside of it cared?
That might be Detroit.
Sad.

This is going to explode. We are seeing the surge. The growth rate is 100 percent. Don't you need math to get into med school? Michigan had 3657 cases at the end of yesterday with 993 new cases today for a new total of 4650. That's not 100% growth. And that's state wide.
For the last 4 days the growth rate nationally has been slowing. New York had 100 fewer cases today than yesterday.
If the country is slowing Michigan will soon slow.
