Joe Biden watches from the far reaches of the upper balcony as he waits and waits to be declared the de facto Democratic presidential nominee and assume leadership of his party. The coronavirus has postponed state primaries, prolonged the contest, yanked him out of the news and left him in political limbo, where he wonders if Bernie Sanders will ever acknowledge defeat and shivers in the shadow of another Democrat, Andrew Cuomo, who didn’t even run for president.
Biden has, for the moment, been dealt a remarkably frustrating hand. Sanders is sending the signal that his battle presses on by calling for another debate. Sanders holdouts and Biden-skeptical progressives are undercutting Biden by circulating videos of his most awkward recent interview moments, a pattern of behavior vividly documented by The Washington Post’s David Weigel. In his terrific newsletter “The Trailer” he noted that an MSNBC clip of Biden “was featured on ‘Rising,’ the Hill’s populism-branded morning show, in a segment titled ‘Biden CRASHES AND BURNS in multiple TV appearances.’ ” One of the show’s hosts, Krystal Ball, said to viewers, “Just ask yourself, is that the man that you want leading this response and this crisis right now?”
Bob Kerrey, the former governor of Nebraska and senator, told me “The longer this goes on, the more likely (Trump) gets reelected.”

Why Yes, yes he should- IF Biden gets numbers close to Trump’s then all i can say is wow- Liberals must not care what kind of person they vote for- By all rights, Trump should trou8nce biden given that biden is out in left field somewhere, AND involved in shady dealings through his son, or at least aware of them and covering up- but sadly many liberal Americans would rather someone as ill prepared to be president as biden is than give Trump any credit at all

I swear Obama selected him as Vice President because he acted as a “bullet proof vest.” Nobody was going to take out Barry in order to see plagiarist Joe succeed him. Obama wasn’t gaining much by locking down Delaware’s three electoral votes.

After signing off on the added 2.2 trillion, including the 2.1 trillion in dem goodies not needed for the virus) I am much to my surprise no longer a Trump fan. I guess that was also part of the dems plan, to anger conservatives so much they won’t vote for him. Well, at least in my case, it worked! Joe Biden now stands a chance of winning for the first time. If Trump keeps this up there will be a landslide like he is predicting, only for the dems and not the RINOs Party.
