Three House Democrats, including a former 2020 hopeful and a member of The Squad, have self-quarantined after developing symptoms of coronavirus.
Reps. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.), Seth Moulton (D-Mass.) and Katie Porter (D-Calif.) each announced on Wednesday that they were cautiously remaining at home while monitoring their symptoms for the rapidly spreading virus, which has already appeared in one House Republican and one House Democrat.
Moulton, a veteran who ran an unsuccessful bid for the 2020 Democratic nomination, wrote in a Facebook post that he and his wife had developed symptoms of the virus and consulted his primary health provider, the VA, and Congress attending physician, Dr. Brian Monahan.

Did they have any symptoms associated with getting a gov’t regulated restricted test scheme?

That - self isolation if & when symptoms first show up - not total isolation of everyone from everyone, is the kind of isolation the nation needs to be following.
The infected but asymptomatic are not infectious with Corona viruses in about 85% of the cases, because in those most cases, until symptoms show up viral shedding is not yet taking place, and it is with viral shedding that an infected person becomes capable of infecting others, not before.
Yes to self-isolation, not total isolation of everyone from everyone.
