From what I’ve read on Wikipedia (ya, ‘wikipedia’, I know), quinine, chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine are all prescription drugs. If so, ONLY a doctor (and perhaps some types of advanced nurses, or something) can prescribe such drugs. Hoarding? Not very likely! A doctor who overprescribed that, or any other drug, would eventually lose their license, or suffer some other punishment.

If people with Coronavirus are in a hospital and not getting the medicine due to some edict from the Governor that would be criminal. One doctor was on the Laura Ingraham show from Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan. He said one hundred people had the virus and were given Hydroxychloroquine with no deaths. And yet people are dying from the disease in the city. And there was one story of a family begging for doctors at Brookdale hospital in Brooklyn to give the drug to a Coronavirus suffering relative. Begging to no avail as of yesterday. What is going on?
