If Joe survives until it is time to debate Trump I think he will beg off. Come up with a health problem or something. DEMS may try to limit it to one debate with Trump. I don’t think Joe will survive the convention though. He can’t focus anymore, just rambles. Saw some old video of him and he was sharp back in the day.
