Bravo! No one should get a “usual and customary” fee for what has clearly not been “usual and customary” service. Being intubated in a parking lot is NOT usual or customary.

i cant be bothered to read the article..lol..just skimmed it..seems like they are saying this applies to business employees...if they cover you through obamacare or some other way... you are SOL

This is due to the fact claims go against large groups. Lotta claims in a particular business = lotta premium renewal for that business. Low claims = smaller premium at renewal

if there is a lot of covid claims large groups may decline not paying them to protect their insurance rate

Small group claims are pooled together.
